My name is Kang Xia and my caregivers call me Xia Xia. I was born with arthrogryposis and other limb issues. I am an adorable little girl with a sweet personality and I love to be held and cuddled. I need special care at Dew Drops Little Flower to grow and to correct my limbs. After arriving at Dew Drops I was put in casts, I now have braces to help correct my affected limbs. In December 2017, I was transferred to a foster home. I am still waiting for my forever family to come and adopt me!
